TITLE: Technical Assessor / Senior Technical Assessor – Hazardous Waste

LOCATION: Walsall Area
ROLE: Technical Assessor / Senior Technical Assessor – Hazardous Waste
You will apply your expertise in chemistry and hazardous waste management to evaluate incoming waste streams using information supplied by the sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately classifying these waste streams and determining the appropriate disposal costs. This role does not require extensive physical chemistry work but relies on the application of your chemistry knowledge. You may be required to travel to client’s sites.
EXPERIENCE: Technical Assessor / Senior Technical Assessor – Hazardous Waste
You will have worked in the UK hazardous waste sector as a Technical Assessor
You will have a good standard of verbal and written communication, and be competent in Outlook, Word and Excel.
YOU WILL HAVE Degree in Chemistry or higher. Related Subjects e.g. Biochemistry or Geochemistry will be considered where sufficient Chemistry modules were included.
You will have a Driving Licence

WAMITAB COTC
DGSA Training
IOSH of NEBOSH safety qualification or similar
