ROLE: Senior Planning Consultant
Managing your own client list, you will carry out desk studies and site visits. Assisting customers and assessing a range of tasks that support planning issues and environmental applications. Using your technical knowledge to characterise land quality, you will undertake risk assessments and deliver commercially effective and sustainable solutions. You will keep up to date on all relevant legislation, government guidance and current research to comply with legislative, health and safety, risk assessment and liability issues.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Senior Planning Consultant
You should have a relevant Environmental degree qualification and ideally have at least 2 years’ experience as a consultant of preparing applications for Environmental Permits in Waste Management.
Be Chartered or close to being Chartered.
Working within a team you will carry out site investigations and assessment work to provide reports to support planning and permit applications.
Full driving licence required and own transport for site visits.
