Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 Basic, plus Bonus, Car Allowance, Laptop, Mobile, Pension, Private Health Cover

Are you an experienced Senior Commercial/Sales Manager looking for a new challenge in the Waste and Resource Management industry? We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead a team of 9 Business Development Managers in securing high-value contracts ranging from £100,000 to £1 million through a strategic sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 9 Business Development Managers.
Target and secure contracts within the range of £100,000 to £1 million.
Employ a strategic sales approach to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Engage in solution-selling of Liquid/Wet Waste, Powders, and Gas collections to manufacturing and chemical companies.
Participate in tender and bid management processes as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
Previous experience in Waste Management, Hazardous Waste, Liquid Waste, ADR, Haulage, Recycling, Integrated Resource Management, Total Waste Management, Field Sales, Tender Management, Bid Management, and Corporate Sales.
Previous roles may include Corporate Business Development Manager, Senior Sales Manager, or Major Business Development Executive.
Experience in selling to sectors such as food production, agriculture, or wider manufacturing/chemical industries is advantageous.
