Compensation: £50,000 – £55,000 with quarterly bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits including a company car, phone, laptop, and a pension plan.
Location: The role offers flexibility with potential bases in Ipswich, Colchester, Bury St. Edmunds, and surrounding areas.
Previous Job Titles: Head of Sales, Regional/National Sales Manager, Business Manager, Corporate Business Development Executive, Head Account Manager.
Relevant Experience: Waste Management, recycling, scrap metal, hygiene, washrooms, laundry services, household waste, facilities management (FM), industrial or commercial waste, and water treatment.
Role: Sales Manager – Waste Management & Recycling
In this role, you will be at the helm of the company’s team, driving growth and profitability by targeting fresh business opportunities in Waste Management and Recycling collections. Key responsibilities include:
Supervising your team to ensure they not only meet but exceed sales targets, leading to an increase in company revenue.
Involvement in tender processes and assisting your team in crafting compelling tenders.
Experience Requirements: Sales Manager
We are seeking a confident and results-driven leader, capable of effectively managing a team. While prior managerial experience is valuable, candidates with a strong sales background will also be considered. Additionally, you should have:
Previous experience in Waste Management and/or Recycling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable experience in tender writing.
