We’re seeking an experienced Sales Executive to spearhead the creation of new business opportunities by selling waste management and recycling contracts to a diverse array of businesses across Bristol and its neighbouring counties.

Role Description:
As a Sales Executive specializing in Waste Management & Recycling, you’ll take charge of generating new leads, profiling target clients, and securing appointments. A curious and persistent mindset is key to excelling in this role.

This is a competitive market, and we’re seeking individuals who thrive on challenges. Your goal will be to secure deals through skillful negotiation, emphasizing value over price cuts within defined margins. Your responsibilities will include solution-selling a comprehensive range of Waste Management services, covering Commercial Waste collections, Recycling Services, Skip and RoRo Hire, and more, offering holistic waste management and recycling solutions.

Experience Requirements:
While experience in Waste Management or Recycling sales is advantageous, candidates from diverse sales or business development backgrounds are welcome. Demonstrable success in a new business development environment is crucial.

This role requires a self-motivated individual capable of independently securing appointments. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Candidates with business-to-business (B2B) sales experience are ideal for this role. However, transferable experience from industries such as Reclamation, Recovery, Skip Services, Commercial Waste Management, Plant Hire, Construction, Demolition, Mining, Minerals, Aggregates, Quarry, Waste Disposal, and more are valuable assets for success in this position.
