Field Sales Executive Position Available with an Innovative Company Seeking a Talented Hunter

Package: £42k base salary with uncapped commission potential, offering an OTE of £60k. Additionally, we provide a company car, laptop, mobile phone, and a generous annual leave package of 30 days plus bank holidays. Location: This role offers flexibility, allowing you to reside anywhere in Somerset, South Wales, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, or surrounding areas.

Preferred Backgrounds: Previous titles may include Field Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, New Business Specialist, Sales Manager, or similar roles.

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive in Waste Management & Recycling, you’ll thrive in a proactive, new business-focused environment. Your role will involve hitting the road to engage with potential clients, rain or shine. This is a competitive field, so we’re seeking individuals who thrive under pressure and are driven to secure deals. Your ability to negotiate effectively within defined margins, rather than solely relying on price reductions, will be crucial. You’ll be tasked with offering comprehensive Waste Management solutions tailored to each client’s needs, encompassing services such as Commercial Waste collection, Recycling Services, Skip and RoRo Hire, among others.

Experience Requirements:
We’re looking for candidates with a proven track record in new business development. While experience in Waste Management or Recycling is beneficial, it’s not essential. As long as you possess a background in sales or business development and can demonstrate your ability to drive results, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of securing their own appointments, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is advantageous. Candidates from diverse sales backgrounds, including Waste Management, recycling, scrap metal, hygiene, washrooms, Plant Hire, laundry services, contract cleaning services, pest control, facilities management (FM), industrial or commercial cleaning, electronic security, fire safety, or water treatment, are encouraged to apply.
