TITLE: Sales Executive – Hazardous Waste
CLIENT: My client is a forward-thinking market leader within the Hazardous Waste industry and are looking to recruit a hungry new business Field Sales Executive into their sales team.
Package: £45k – £55k basic, excellent OTE opportunities £70k, Car allowance, Laptop, Mobile and Pension.
LOCATION: The position will cover Hertfordshire and the South East and you could be based anywhere South of Stevenage

ROLE:
As Field Sales Executive, you will be a hungry new business hunter eager to generate sales come rain or shine.
You will work towards set revenue sales targets and will be given the freedom to work independently to your own initiative.
There is no hiding the fact that this is a competitive market, so you must be the kind of person who thrives on this not wilts under pressure. Winning the deal is your aim.
You will also demonstrate your ability to negotiate and sell within defined margins, rather than just cut price to secure a sale.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous Hazardous Waste sales experience in a new business role is a MUST but you will also be able to solution sell Total waste management as an additional service
You will be a highly experienced Field Sales Executive with a good list of industry contacts.
You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to network confidently.
You will also be able to demonstrate a good previous sales track record.
You will have a charismatic character and be confident in your sales ability to sell within defined margins without sacrificing profit.
