Sales Manager or Business Development Manager required for leading waste management and recycling company. Our client is looking for a proactive, independent and driven sales executive to develop new business contracts across Staffordshire.

Candidates must have a knowledge and previous experience selling hazardous and non-hazardous waste solutions.

Candidates will be considered from a Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager background.
Backgrounds could include (but not exhaustive) Waste Management / Recycling / Industrial Cleaning / Land Remediation / Non Hazardous Landfill / Parts washers / Hazardous Waste / Non Hazardous Waste

PREVIOUS JOB TITLES:
Business Development Manager, BDM, Field Sales Executive, KAM, Key Account Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Manager

ROLE
The successful business development candidate will be responsible for new sales growth through 100% new business activities, such as door-to-door and cold calling.
You will work towards revenue sales targets in a business development environment.
Ensure that all customer requirements are met and build a healthy sales pipeline.
You will be responsible for writing presentations and delivering regular progress reports.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
You MUST HAVE a proven and stable track record within sales against targets in a business development environment.
Waste management experience is essential as well as solid business development experience.
You must have a working knowledge of hazardous and non-hazardous waste solutions.
Candidates without a hazardous waste / non hazardous waste experience will not be considered.
