Salary: In return our client is offering a base salary of £40,000 - £60,000 an additional £40,000 OTE (uncapped), Car allowance, Pension, Laptop, Mobile

£100,000+ earning potential for Sales & Business Development Manager, Senior Sales Manager or Commercial Manager with any waste management or recycling experience.
Selling food waste collection services.

The Client
If you understand the waste management landscape and have existing clients who produce food waste such as pubs, restaurants, hospitality, food service, fast food, takeaway chains, hotels, schools, NHS Trusts, prisons, care homes etc our client has an established food waste collection and disposal / anaerobic digestion network that can service small and large customers alike. Giving you the opportunity to earn huge rewards.

The Role
As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be covering the north of England from the Midlands up to the Borders. Your objective will be to deliver new business growth within the region. The sales split is roughly 75/25 new business/account management. You will Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities with current and new clients from target sectors that will maximise sales revenues and margins, and foster contacts with Local Authorities and other Public Sector and Waste Sector companies

You could have come from different parts of the waste management sector as long as you have sold waste contracts to any outlets that produce food waste. A C&I specialist, healthcare or clinical waste, hygiene, washrooms or waste broker would be ideal given the natural cross over in your customer base.

The Candidate
My client is looking for a highly motivated, focussed, and driven individual with a background in waste management and recycling.
You must have a proven track record of success in new business development
You will possess good analysis and planning skills, strong communication and people skills. demonstrate a proactive and motivated attitude to work and be organised with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Primarily you will go after bigger ticket work as you will be expected to generate £750,000+ of new business per annum, equally you will not be afraid to pick up smaller sme clients as well
