Package: £26,000 basic plus commission (OTE £38,000 Uncapped), car allowance, mobile

My client is a market leading organisation in the waste management and recycling sector.
This is a true 100% new customer development position, however due to the status and reputation of the company most target clients will have heard of the brand you will be promoting
Approaching all types of clients in the commercial and industrial space
You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding business development targets, with high activity levels to generate face to face appointments in a number of ways
You will self generate leads, but there will also be many incoming opportunities via a strong online and social presence as well as an internal marketing team who will support you
You will understand true client need in order to maintain a high appointment to close ratio
Develop a good market awareness of target customers and competitors operating in your area
Work closely with operational teams and depots to ensure your activity suits their needs and are deliverable
You MUST HAVE a proven track record of achievement against target and demonstrate a strong and committed work ethic.
As the role is predominantly home based you will demonstrate self- motivation
People excelling in any field based business generation role will be considered.
You MUST demonstrate stability in previous roles.
