Role:
As a Sales Executive in Waste Management & Recycling, you will embark on a 100% new business adventure. This role demands resilience, as you’ll be out in the field, knocking on doors, regardless of the weather. This is a fiercely competitive market, so we’re looking for individuals who thrive on challenges and are committed to securing deals.

Your approach will be solution-oriented, focusing on selling a comprehensive range of Waste Management services, including Commercial Waste collection, Recycling Services, Skip and RoRo Hire, among others. You’ll be offering holistic solutions to meet your customers’ needs.

Experience:
To thrive in this role, you need to demonstrate a successful track record in new business development. While any sales or business development background is considered, experience in Waste Management or Recycling is a valuable asset. Key attributes include self-motivation to schedule your appointments, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ideally, you should have a background in business-to-business (B2B) sales, but we’re open to candidates from various sales backgrounds, including but not limited to Waste Management, recycling, scrap metal, hygiene, washrooms, laundry services, contract cleaning services, pest control, facilities management (FM), industrial or commercial cleaning, electronic security, fire safety, and water treatment.
