Role:
As a Sales Executive specialising in Waste Management & Recycling, you will embark on an exciting journey focused entirely on new business acquisition. This role demands resilience as you engage in fieldwork, knocking on doors irrespective of weather conditions. In this highly competitive market, we seek individuals who thrive on challenges and are dedicated to closing deals.

Your approach should be solution-centric, emphasising the sale of a comprehensive suite of Waste Management services, encompassing Commercial Waste Collection and Recycling Services, among others. You will be presenting holistic solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of your customers.

Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in new business development. While experience in any sales or business development domain is welcome, expertise in Waste Management or Recycling is a valuable advantage. Key attributes include self-motivation to schedule appointments, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ideally, a background in business-to-business (B2B) sales is preferred; however, candidates from diverse sales backgrounds, including but not limited to Waste Management, recycling, scrap metal, hygiene, washrooms, laundry services, contract cleaning services, pest control, facilities management (FM), industrial or commercial cleaning, electronic security, fire safety, and water treatment, are encouraged to apply.
