Exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager / Customer Service Manager to join a busy team to provide excellent customer service.
Package: £32,000 – £35,000
Working hours 9am -5pm

Career: My client is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their buzzing team. Due to their department dealing with more customers and becoming busier, my client requires an Office Manager to help manage the workflow and protect SLA’s.

Location: Llandeyrn, St Mellons, Rumney and surrounding areas

ROLE- Office Manager

  • As Office Manager, you will be in charge of a team of 3, including Sales administrator, Transport planner and weighbridge admin.
  • As Office Manager, you will be happy to go the extra mile to provide customers with a first- class service.
  • The position of Office Manager will see you speaking with customers and working as a team to meet the company’s targets.
  • Alongside providing sales quotes to customers, your role as Office Manager will also see you responding to in- bound calls and creating invoices for customers. As Office Manager, you will also be providing management reports.
  • You will thrive under pressure and excel at multi-tasking. In this position, you will be happy to work independently and as part of a team to ensure process is running smoothly.
  • As Office Manager, you will have an excellent telephone manner and be confident when speaking with customers.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRE- Office Manager

  • As Office Manager, you will be passionate about providing first- class customer service and providing your customers with a memorable experience.
  • Experience working within a customer service setting in the waste management industry or related in a sales environment is required. Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with plant and/or skip-hire services.
  • You must be IT literate and ideally have experience of using internal CRM systems.
  • Having fantastic communication skills and paying a high attention to detail are a must
