Career: My client is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their buzzing team. Due to increase in business and exciting new developments, my client requires an Office Manager to help manage the workflow and a small team

If you have experience in supply chain management you will be given priority in your application

Location: You may be located in Grantham, Newark, Claypole and surrounding areas

You may come from any industry but ideally from the following industries: Supply chain / Waste Management / Recycling / Metals recycling / Skip Hire / RoRo hire

ROLE- Office Manager / Team Leader – Supply Chain

As Office Manager/ Team Leader, you will be in charge of a team of Customer service/supply chain advisors who are the first point of contact for incoming calls from customers, providing quotes for their range of waste management services
You will assist in a range of documentation and reporting. If you have any supply chain experience this will be most beneficial.

As Office Manager, you will be happy to go the extra mile to provide customers with a first- class service. You will look to find the best solution and ensure that their requirements are met.

The position of Office Manager will see you speaking with customers and working as a team to meet the company’s targets.

You will thrive under pressure and excel at multi-tasking. In this position, you will be happy to work independently and as part of a team to ensure process is running smoothly.

You will have an excellent telephone manner and be confident when speaking with customers and have the ability to build fantastic relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Office Manager / Team Leader – Supply Chain

As Office Manager / Team Leader, you will be passionate about providing first- class customer service and providing your customers with a memorable experience.

Experience working within a customer service setting in the waste management industry or related in a sales environment is required. Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with Waste management and/or skip hire services.

You must be IT literate and ideally have experience of using internal CRM systems.

Having fantastic communication skills and paying a high attention to detail are a must
