TITLE: Office Administrator – Waste management and recycling
SALARY: £26-28k + Pension
LOCATION: South Mimms, Barnet, Borehamwood and surrounding areas

ROLE
As Office Administrator, you will have a varied and proactive customer service and data entry role.
You will thrive under pressure and excel at multi-tasking. You will be happy to work independently and as part of a team.
In this position, the successful candidate will be involved in:
• Responding to all incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
• Inputting data accurately and paying attention to detail
• Providing invoices to customers
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previously worked in Office Administrator or Customer Service role with experience in Recycling and Waste Management industry.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Office Administrator – Waste management and recycling
Previously experience working within the Waste Management and Recycling sector is essential.
Knowledge of using MS packages is necessary and experience of using a CRM system is highly desirable.
You will be confident in developing relationships with prospective and current clients. You will also strive to provide a first- class service experience.
The ability to prioritise your work load and to work in a timely manner is also required.
You will possess strong IT and written communications skills. You will also hold the ability to converse with people on all levels.
You will be driven by your desire to provide the best service to everyone you speak with.
