Internal Sales Executive – Brokered Skip Services
Compensation: £40,000 – £60,000 (Depending on Experience) + Commission + Phone + Laptop
Location: Office-based near Preston
The Company:
Our client is a well-established player in the North West’s waste management sector, dealing with a wide range of material grades, including MSW, C & C&D, end of line, wood, plastics, cardboard, metals, shredded waste, and bulky waste. They have recently expanded their services to include brokered skip services and are in search of an enterprising Business Development Executive to propel this division forward.
The Role:
As an Internal Sales Executive, your mission is to expand the brokered skip services division across the North West. Your responsibilities encompass identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities, as well as overseeing existing accounts as needed. This role is distinctive because our client is seeking an individual with innovative ideas and an entrepreneurial mindset, someone who can genuinely enhance the company’s value. You will operate with full autonomy and also contribute significantly to the overall development of the company. In the long term, there is the potential to manage your own client portfolio and incoming waste streams.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced waste sales professional with operational knowledge and experience. You should be a highly motivated self-starter with valuable insights into processes and growth. Our client is seeking an individual who can take the lead, make strategic decisions in the best interest of the company, and drive its success. While a background in business-to-business (B2B) sales is preferred, we welcome candidates from diverse sales backgrounds, including but not limited to Waste Management, Recycling, Paper, Plastics, or Scrap Metal.
Compensation Package:
In return for your contributions, our client offers an attractive compensation package, including a base salary of £40,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience), along with commission, a company phone, and a laptop.
