TITLE: HR Business Partner / Human Resources Manager
SALARY: £36,000-42,000 DOE
LOCATION: You will be commutable to the Leeds Area, this role is office based
PREVIOUS JOB TITLES MAY HAVE BEEN: HR Manager, Senior HR Officer, HR Business Partner, Regional HR Advisor
ROLE: HR Business Partner / Human Resources Manager
Work closely with senior management and our directors to prepare and implement hr strategy
Manage payroll function for all staff
Support managers and team leaders on all recruiting matters
Advise managers and provide guidance on hr policy and procedures
Monitor and develop performance appraisal systems
Keep up to date with UK employment legislation
Manage investigations and complex employee relations issues including redundancy and grievance
Ensure employee relation cases are managed to meet best practice requirements
Develop starter and leaver procedures
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: HR Business Partner / Human Resources Manager
Ideally qualified CIPD member
Proven HR generalist experience on both strategic and operational level
Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of employment law
Ability to work autonomously
Experience of recruitment and interviews at a senior level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional planning and project management skills and experience
