Role: Field Sales Executive – Waste Management
Salary: £23-28k base salary + Commission + Car
This is a brilliant opportunity, for a driven individual to join an established company. Having built an excellent reputation over the last 25 years in the industry, they are now looking for experienced Business Development professionals to generate new business opportunities in a large area of the West Midlands.
Our client is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover the Bromsgrove, Redditch to Selly Oak area. You will solution sell from a full range of total Waste Management services, including collections of Commercial Waste, Recycling Services, Skip, RoRo Hire and more. You will target commercial and industrial businesses to increase our client’s presence in the area. The ability to negotiate and sell within defined margins rather than just cut the price to secure a sale is essential.
You will be a focused driven bright, positive individual for this 100% new business position where you are not afraid to get up and on the road, knocking on doors come rain or shine. You must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in a new business environment. You must be a self-motivated individual able to book your own appointments. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous waste service exposure is required for this position.
