CORPORATE SALES & BID MANAGER REQUIRED TO UNDERTAKE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND TENDER MANAGEMENT FOR CONTRACTS RANGING FROM AROUND £50K TO £2M PA IN A CIRCA 50% WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY
TITLE: Corporate Sales & Bid Manager – Tender Business Development
SALARY: £40-50K Plus Car & Healthcare
LOCATION: Flexible within the Somerset, Dorset, Hampshire area
PREVIOUS TITLES MAY HAVE BEEN: Bid Manager, Tender Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Corporate / Major Sales Executive
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE BEEN IN SALES IN A CONTRACTED SERVICE LED ENVIRONMENT SUCH AS: Building Material Supplies, Facilities Management, Waste Management & Recycling, Industrial Services etc.
ROLE: Corporate Sales & Bid Manager – Tender Business Development
You will actively look to acquire tendering opportunities for with schools, hospitals, and larger businesses in the area
You will then fully manage the bid & tender process through to completion
You will be required to travel across the Somerset, Dorset, Hampshire area, but will also be able to work from home around half the time.
EXPERIENCE: Corporate Sales & Bid Manager – Tender Business Development
You will have experience in cradle to grave management of Bids & Tenders at circa £50K to £2m in contract value with little support required
You will have a good track record in winning tenders
You will have excellent IT and communication skills
You will ideally have experience generating leads for current and future tender submissions
