Role: Business Development Manager – Broker Skip Services
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (Subject to experience) + commission + Car Allowance + phone + laptop
Location: North West
Our client is well established within the North West’s waste sector and deals with all material grades, such as MSW, C & C&D, end of line, wood, plastics, cardboard, metals, shredded waste, and bulky waste. They now offer brokered skip services and looking for an entrepreneurial BDM to drive the division forward.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with growing the brokered skip services division throughout the North West. You will be responsible for mapping, targeting, and winning new business as well as managing current accounts as and when required. This is a unique role as my client is looking for someone with ideas and an entrepreneurial mindset who can add real value to the company. The position is fully autonomous, and you will also play a key role in the development of the company overall. Long term there is the opportunity for shareholding and directorship.
You will be an experienced waste sales professional with some operational knowledge/experience. You will be a motivated self-starter with ideas and input on processes and growth. My client is looking for someone who can take charge and make decisions with the companies’ best interests at heart.
In return our client is offering a base salary of £40,000 – £60,000 (Subject to experience) + commission + Car Allowance + phone + laptop
