Experienced Administrator required for key support role for a large National Company
SALARY: £25-28K DOE Plus benefits and bonus
Upkeep of financial systems & excel data
Liaise with suppliers, ordering PPE & parts
Invoice queries & raising PO ‘s
General administration to support the Business
You will have a strong background in administration, ideally having exposure to sales / purchase ledger, finance, client liaison, stock ordering etc.
You will be experienced with MS Office and be advanced with Excel look-ups pivot tables etc.
Any good examples of streamlining processes or improving administrative support in a business welcome
Capable communicator with excellent English and typing skills
You will have a UK Drivers Licence
PREVIOUS ROLES MAY HAVE BEEN: Financial Administrator, Purchase Ledger, Accounts Administrator, Office Supervisor, Sales Ledger, Office Manager, General Administrator.
